(More customer reviews)I purchased this charger as it states it works with my 17 inch Mac Book pro. I made sure that it was the correct wattage and model. I was excited when I found it as I thought it was a very good cheaper alternative then buying the $79 chargers Apple charge for. When I received the product it looked exactly like the charger i had (except with out the apple logo). I was excited. I plugged it in, and right away I noticed it was a bit strange. The green light that should only really come on when connected to my laptop, was already lit. Before it was connected. Thought that something was to be expected for a knock off and plugged it in, still hopeful at this point. Once it was attached to my laptop, the green light started flashing. My computer did not recognize that there was anything connected or charging. I still was optimistic and kept it in my laptop hoping that maybe it just wouldn't recognize it because it wasn't a mac charger. After a few hours, my computer went dead. It did not get a charge at all from the charger. I've tried to get a hold of the seller for a few days now and have had no response at all. I want a refund and I want to send the charger back. I guess I'll just have to file a claim with Amazon. BE WARNED! Cheap isn't always the best route. This was a horrible experience and I'll never purchase from this seller again. Don't get stuck like I did.
