(More customer reviews)Fans rotate very slow so it doesnt pulls much air on the laptop. When you put the laptop over the fans, it gets kind of innestable so try to equilibrate it. I tested its performance with a software that detects processor speed and it only got down 4 degrees celsius in average, so its not that much. For example, just putting the laptop over a pad and leaving space below the laptop so air can flow worked for getting it about 6-7 degrees celsius in average. Know i know why does it costs just 6 bucks.
