(More customer reviews)I've always had Gateway computers, and if there was ever a problem, customer service was helpful and never expensive. They make it easy. I bought this laptop for my son 6 months ago and another for me 2 months ago. Speed is fantastic, graphics nice! And, it does not heat up at all. My son takes his to college and it lasts plenty long on the battery. Price is rightt too! I recommend Gateway to anyone who loves a good, reliable computer, with great customer care.
