I was gonna get a core-i5 because they are faster but only by a margin. Only problem with it is that the battery life is sub par but that's no biggy, my last laptop was giving me only 5 mins. This one still gives me a sold 2 hours. I am using this more as a desktop replacement e.g. light gaming, work, and school.
Pros:
triple core for better multi tasking
6650 graphics better than almost any laptop in this price
excellent 17.3" led screen
ready to go web cam
great keyboard, its quiet and keys look like they will last
cons:
acer junkware
low battery life
track pad is good but i liked the one on my old lappy better.
