* upon starting laptop, the monitor would come on only 95% of the time
* certain keys did not work properly (particularly the 'm' key)
* the power cord plug had to be forced in (as if it were the wrong size)
I sent it back (within the 30-day guarantee), and I'm waiting for a refund.
