(More customer reviews)I bought this charger for my daughter's two year old Acer laptop. It works really well, and at less than half the price that Acer is charging for essentially the same thing. I have a background in electrical engineering, and I can say from all appearances, this is a high quality device. (I haven't tried to open it up, though.) It feels solid to the hand, no jiggly parts nor other low quality indicators. The powerpack is small and rugged, the connector to the laptop provides a good firm fit, and the AC power cord is also well crafted. It charges the laptop with no problems. All in all, an excellent device. For now, only 4 stars because we've only had it for 2 months, if it lasts at least a year, then it should get 5 stars. But so far so good.
